Start early from the south coast and head out by boat with a local crew. Dolphins are wild and sightings cannot be guaranteed. If they are found, responsible viewing distance and boat behavior matter more than forcing a swim. After the boat trip, return to the beach and continue to your hotel or add a nearby south-coast activity.
