Quotations and confirmation

A trip is confirmed only after the required payment has been received and availability has been reconfirmed in writing. A website itinerary is an example; your final quotation and confirmation define the purchased services.

Payments

Payment timing, currency, transfer charges and any card-processing costs are shown in the individual quotation or invoice.

Changes and cancellations

Cancellation or change costs depend on timing and on non-refundable commitments already paid to parks, hotels, airlines or other suppliers. We will explain recoverable and non-recoverable amounts where possible.

Itinerary changes

Weather, road conditions, park rules, wildlife movement, flight schedules, safety concerns or other events can require itinerary changes. Comparable alternatives may be used when the original service cannot reasonably be delivered.

Traveler responsibilities

Travelers are responsible for valid passports, visas, insurance, medical advice, personal medication and communicating relevant dietary or mobility needs before travel.
